Landlord Plumbing Responsibilities
If you rent your home for a private or social housing contract you may be legally required to deal with plumbing and heating maintenance and repair issues for the following
- Basins, sinks, baths, toilets and their pipework
- Water and gas pipes, electrical wiring, water tanks, boilers, radiators, gas fires, fitted electric fires or fitted heaters.
- Gas Safety Certificate form, CP12
